Shipping Information 

Orders made between Friday 11 am EST and Monday 11 am EST will be shipped on Tuesday.
Orders placed Monday after 11 am EST and before Tuesday 11 am EST will be shipped that Wednesday.
Orders entered Tuesday 11 am EST to Friday 11 am EST will be shipped the following Monday.

Highland Farm does not accept responsibility for any parcel that spoils as a result of an incorrect or invalid shipping address entered by the customer when ordering.
Therefore refunds will not be provided by Highland Farm for any portion of the cost of spoiled perishable goods.

Highland Farm will ship your order by FedEx, UPS or the USPS. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii , Alaska, US territories or international addresses, including APOs. Because our products are perishable, we recommend 2nd day shipment for your order. Please allow one business day for order processing. Highland Farm will ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following week. Please Note: All of our products are shipped in insulated containers with ice packs. 

There is a minimum of $15.00 for online orders.
